Franklin County has more than 12,000 outages while Delaware County is reporting more than 2,600 outages, according to the AEP Ohio outage map . More than 1,500 customers in Licking County are without power. The Storm Prediction Center has a large portion of central Ohio in a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 11 p.
