A Marion builder has been indicted by a Delaware County grand jury on 51 felony charges for taking more than $500,000 from 21 customers around central Ohio for pole barns and garages he never built. Ryan C. Needels, owner of Clear View Construction, is charged with theft, money laundering, telecommunications fraud, and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activities, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost's office announced Thursday. 'This indictment underscores our commitment to protecting Ohio consumers from unscrupulous individuals who exploit their trust,' Yost said in a statement.
