Chase, the repairman just left. He was suppose to rebalance and oil the garage door for service and replace the keyless entry. While tightening the door he broke the spring by applying too much torque. He said he applied so much torque he broke his drill and he was very annoyed. Anyway, they refused to pay for the spring or even meet me half way. I was forced to pay to replace the spring and he never finished the maintenance call. Now the chain clicks and he said it needs to be tightened up but he doesn't know how since this garage door brand was installed but he started. REALLY BAD SERVICE!!! I would never recommend them to anyone.
