American Health Network: Hubbell Patricia A MD in Delaware, Ohio

Where do i start? If i had just three words to describe some of the doctors at American Health Network it would be; Inconsiderate, Unorganized, and Unprofessional. I wanted a simple physical form completed for a job this summer,nothing major. The male doctor was not friendly and was very judgmental even though we had just met. He told me i would have to wait till Monday to pick up my documentation. I was told three separate times that there would be no issues with my request and that it would be done and ready be picked up by Monday. I left my work Monday afternoon and called them before to ask if my paperwork was ready. The attendant seemed overly confused and didn't seem to know where my documentation was,where the doctor left them, or any useful information pertaining to my situation. They told me to drive to the Health Network and pick it up in person and that they would call me ahead of time if they found out anything from the doctor. They never called so i drove an hour and a half to meet with them only to find out that the paperwork was not available. They also decided it was a good idea to say my personal medical information out loud to a lobby full of patients. I don't write bad reviews often, but this was the worst experience i have had in my life. Go elsewhere. These people wasted my time,my money, and my trust. If i were to choose between American Health Network and a seasick crocodile i'd pick the seasick crocodile.
